SIMPLY TERRIBLE COMPANY. THEY TREATED US SO BADLY! IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THEM AFTER READING THIS, THEN SHAME ON YOU! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! TERRIBLE MATTRESSES!WE BOUGHT A $2,400 MATTRESS AND IT WAS RETURNED BECAUSE IT SAGGED SO BAD AFTER ONLY 10 MONTHS..THEY REPLACED IT BUT SENT THE WRONG MATTRESS..THEN THEY SENT ONE THAT SMELLED LIKE CAT ***...THEY REPLACED THAT WITH ONE THAT IS ALL MISSHAPED AND ALSO SMELLS!!

THAT'S 4 MATTRESSES IN 10 MONTHS AND THESE ARE EXPENSIVE MATTRESSES!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ALSO THE MANAGER BILL GILBO WAS VERY RUDE AND HE OUTRIGHT LIED TO US!!

WE WERE PROMISED GIFT CARDS TO MAKE UP FOR THEIR LOUSY MATTRESSES AND BAD SERVICE BUT NEVER GOT THEM!!YOU NEED TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR MATTRESS!!!

I ordered a couch on May 9, 2015 Have to wait till at least August 20, 2015 just in hope for a delivery date they have my money gave me a scratched up couch to use after a month without and blames everyone else for the mixup

this store is awful. Our loveseat is all Bunched up.

we can't even sit on it. we spent over $1,000.00 for *** and they DONT CARE. 4 times we had service come here from the first week one man said they would replace it when I called customer. serv.

girl was very rude I told her what he said & she said he never said that so she was calling me a LIER

I told her I will have my lawyer get in touch she said GO AHEAD plus the service man said he NEVER seen anything like this also the POWER reclining part doesn't work. They will NOT replace it we have to wait 4 weeks for parts. I dont want parts I want a new loveseat like the service man said. They are an awful company they say they want there customers 100% satisfied that's a LIE.

do not go there We got ripped off the loveseat should last years this didn't last 1. Very dissatisfied

How were you able to return it when it says only returnable after so many days. Our mattress is TERRIBLE after 7 months. We can't take it anymore our backs our killing us and it's tearing our relationship apart because we have to take turns sleeping on couches or floors instead of our bed!
